The Smells: Our lab rats report a subtle sweet piney, slightly spice filled earthy aroma. Once you stir it up, the classic Blue Dream sweet fruity blueberry smell makes an appearance.
The Tastes: This batch of Blue Dream is pretty unremarkable as far as the power house sativa goes, according to lab rat Finn. He said, “I was really expecting some greatness from the Blue Dream, but for me, even though it has over 90% cannabinoids, it’s the tiny amount of terpenes that make this one lackluster for me. There’s not a whole lot of Blue Dream to it. I mean it’s there, just not in the levels I would have liked. Again I should reiterate, I’m not saying I don’t like it, I just wish there was more terps.”
Finn continues saying, “It doesn’t taste bad, I just wish it had more of that Blue Dream flavor profile. It’s like walking by someone in a hall and they whisper the words Blue Dream right as you pass by. Like, you want to taste it, and you can imagine what it tastes like, but the terps just aren’t really there.”

The Feels: Blue dream is a pretty solid sativa when it comes down to it, but according to Finn, the terpene profile just isn’t there to drive the cannabinoid car where it needs to go. He says, “It’s kind of an empty, spacey buzz. It’s not bad by any means, its just not what I expected when I saw the name Blue Dream.” Maybe other lab rats can chime in with their experiences.
Overall, with 91% cannabinoids and 3.23% terpene content on the dabs, and 84% cannabinoids with 4.06% terpene content on the carts, it seems one of our lab rats is being a little picky terpene size queen diva. We’ll see if any of the other lab rats have anything to say about Blue Dream by The Dope Depot.
