The Tastes: This batch of Pink Certz doesn’t pretend to be delicate. As reported by our lab rats, it’s built like a spice-forward red wine that accidentally wandered into a fruit market. Beta-caryophyllene at 1.35% is the anchor here. Not quite the absurd levels from some blends, but still very present. It gives you that dry, peppery, slightly woody backbone right out of the gate.
