The Tastes: Beta-caryophyllene at 3.77% is absolutely dominating. That’s a massive number for a cart, and it translates directly into a heavy, peppery, slightly woody backbone that defines the entire experience. Humulene at 1.39% stacks right on top of that, adding a dry, earthy bitterness that pushes this even further away from anything resembling fresh fruit.

The combination of Linalool at 0.77% bringing soft floral sweetness, alpha-terpineol at 0.30% adds a smooth, slightly creamy body, and fenchol at 0.23% dusts the profile with a little herbal freshness. This creates a softer, slightly sweet layer that keeps the profile from feeling too harsh, but it never overtakes the dominant earthy-spice core.

On the exhale, it lands dry, earthy, and peppery with a faint citrus-floral softness in the background.

The Feels: Lilapple is clearly leaning terp-heavy, but with lower overall potency than most of our Gem Cart lineup. Effect-wise, it’s not your typical bright sativa. Limonene and terpinolene give a mild initial lift, but it’s short-lived.

Caryophyllene and humulene take over quickly, bringing a grounded, body-centered calm that feels more hybrid or even slightly indica-leaning despite the label. Linalool smooths the headspace into a relaxed, slightly euphoric zone, while the moderate terpene load keeps the experience present and noticeable.

Because the THC is lower, it feels a bit more controlled and less overwhelming, even with the heavy terpene profile. The result is a mellow, grounded uplift. Not energetic. More like “awake, but relaxed about it.”

Overall, with 68% total active cannabinoids and 9.71% terpene content, Lilapple by The Dope Depot has a formulation that clearly prioritizes terpene expression over raw potency.

The terpene profile is heavily skewed toward caryophyllene and humulene, creating a dominant earthy-spice backbone, with limonene and terpinolene providing only a light fruit-forward lift.

The apple concept is there, but it’s not the main event. What you get instead is a terp-heavy, grounded, slightly floral-leaning cart that trades brightness for depth. Not what the name promises, but still a well-constructed, intentional profile that holds together from start to finish.
