The Smells: This one sits right in that sweet spot between bright and heavy, as reported by our lab rats. The 0.77% limonene gives it a noticeable citrus lift, but it’s not screaming orange cleaner. It’s softer, more rounded. Then alpha-pinene at 0.51% and beta-pinene at 0.38% step in and add that fresh, slightly resinous green note that keeps it from drifting into candy territory.
But the real backbone is still our best friend, 2.11% of good old comfy beta-caryophyllene with an honorable mention to alpha-humulene at 0.82%. That’s where the spice and earthy depth come from. It smells grounded, not flashy.
There’s also a mild sweetness tucked in there, probably inherited from the Forbidden Nerds side of the family tree, but it’s subtle. This isn’t a dessert bomb. Overall you can expect some citrus up front, pine in the middle, with spice and earth anchoring the whole thing.
The Tastes: Cleaner than you’d expect for something built off a blendception Frankensauce. Our lab rats are getting pretty good at this.
They say the inhale is crisp and slightly citrus-forward. The pinene shows up immediately again, which tells you the terpene structure survived the process instead of getting cooked into background noise.
Mid-palate, that comfy caryophyllene warmth kicks in. Slightly peppery, slightly woody. The exhale leans earthy with a faint lingering sweetness. Not sugary, just enough to round off the edges so it doesn’t feel dry or harsh.
The Feels: This is a middle-of-the-road hybrid in the best way possible. Our lab rats report a light head lift early on, thanks to the limonene and pinene combo. Nothing jittery, just a gentle mental clarity. Then the body side creeps in from the caryophyllene and myrcene, smoothing things out without dragging you into the couch.
Functional, but not sterile. Relaxing, but not sedating. It’s the kind of blend you can use without having to plan your entire afternoon around it. As with all things cannabis related, your mileage may vary.
Overall, with 83% total active cannabinoids and 7.08% terpene content, it’s not trying to win a potency arms race. It’s aiming for balance, and it mostly hits it.
Visually, it’s got that clean, golden glossy, slightly wet consistency. No dryness, no weird separation. Just looks like it was handled properly from start to finish.
The biggest strength here is restraint. With a blend like this, it could’ve easily turned into a muddy mess of conflicting profiles. Instead, it lands as cohesive, with a clear citrus-pine-spice structure.
As with all high terpene extracts, keep the lid upright and give it a stir before you dab.
Rating: Our lab rats give Exbluesive 8 pieces of cheese.
