The Smells: Dew Point comes across sweet, citrusy, peppery, and fresh, with some soft fruit underneath and a noticeably green, slightly piney edge.

The name actually fits this one pretty well. There’s a bright, almost dewy freshness running through the profile instead of the heavier earthy funk you might expect from Grape Gasoline. Honeydew and Blue Taffy seem to pull things toward sweet fruit and citrus while the Gasoline side keeps some spice and depth underneath.

Let’s look at what the chemistry is doing.

Beta-caryophyllene leads at 1.54%, giving Dew Point its main structure. That means warm pepper, dry spice, and a little woody resin sitting underneath the brighter top notes.

Limonene follows at 0.69%, which explains the obvious citrus lift. Alpha-humulene comes in at 0.46%, reinforcing the dry, earthy, woody side of the profile and keeping the sweetness from getting too syrupy.

Linalool lands at 0.28%, which adds a softer floral sweetness around the edges. Beta-pinene is right behind it at 0.26%, with alpha-pinene at 0.22%. Together, that gives Dew Point a respectable pine and fresh-green component. Not forest-floor levels of pine, but enough to keep the profile crisp.

Fenchol at 0.17% helps reinforce that fresh herbal character, while myrcene sits surprisingly low at 0.14%. Alpha-terpineol is 0.06%, camphene and caryophyllene oxide both land at 0.04%, beta-ocimene at 0.02%, and terpinolene at 0.01%.

So chemically, this is less about one giant fruity terpene and more about contrast: pepper and wood underneath citrus, pine, florals, and softer fruit.

All in all, our lab rats report sweet citrus, light melon, fresh herbs, pine, pepper, and a faint floral-grape quality underneath.

The Tastes: The inhale starts bright with sweet citrus and light fruit. The exhale settles into citrus peel, sweet fruit, pepper, pine, and mild earth, with just a little floral sweetness lingering afterward.

The Honeydew side shows up as a softer melon-like sweetness rather than some obnoxious candy melon flavor, while Blue Taffy adds a little sugary fruit character around the edges.

Then the caryophyllene and humulene start pulling things back toward pepper, wood, and dry earth. That transition is probably the most interesting part of Dew Point.

It starts light and fruity, then gets more grounded as you move through the hit. The pinene and fenchol add a clean green freshness toward the back end, and the linalool brings a subtle floral softness into the finish.

One lab rat described it as “melon candy eaten next to a pine tree while somebody cracks pepper over your shoulder,” which is both oddly specific and unfortunately useful.

The Feels: Dew Point carries a sativa label, but the PhytoFact wheel suggests a fairly balanced experience rather than a full-speed stimulant profile.

Comfort is one of the strongest reported categories, with noticeable relaxation, calm, some energy, some inspiration, and a smaller amount of focus. That lines up reasonably well with the terpene mix.

Limonene and the pinenes give the profile some brightness and mental lift, while caryophyllene, humulene, and linalool keep the overall experience from feeling too sharp.

The onset feels clear and upbeat, then settles into a smoother, more relaxed groove without becoming especially heavy. It feels like the kind of sativa that can keep you functional without convincing you that reorganizing your entire kitchen at 11:30 p.m. is a meaningful life project.

With 88.49% total cannabinoids and 4.55% terpenes, Dew Point packs a cannabinoid loaded punch while still tasting like a great dab should. THCA leads at 80.3%, followed by 4.5% THC, 2.2% CBCA, 1.0% CBGA, 0.3% THCVA, 0.2% CBDA, and 0.1% CBG. That 2.2% CBCA is one of the more noticeable minor-cannabinoid numbers here and gives the batch a little more chemical personality than another jar of plain ol’ THCA.

As always, individual effects depend on dose, tolerance, metabolism, and the mysterious internal bureaucracy currently running your nervous system.

Overall, Dew Point by The Dope Depot is a bright, clean sativa with sweet fruit, citrus peel, pepper, pine, and light floral notes.

Visually, this batch is pale cream to light gold with a wet, sugary badder texture. There is a nice sheen across the surface, but plenty of visible structure underneath, landing somewhere between a soft sugar and a loose badder. It looks fresh and moist without turning into soup.

The strongest part of Dew Point is how well the fresh notes play against the heavier terpene backbone. Caryophyllene keeps everything grounded.

Limonene brightens it. Humulene gives it depth. The pinenes and fenchol make it feel fresh, while the linalool smooths out the corners. Sweet fruit up front, citrus and pine through the middle, pepper and earth underneath.

A pretty tidy little profile for a blend involving three cultivars that could easily have turned into aromatic committee work.

Rating: Our lab rats give Dew Point 8.3 pieces of cheese.
