The Smells: Gelatosphere comes through sweet, fruity, citrusy, creamy, peppery, and lightly earthy, with some soft floral character and a mild herbal finish. It has that dessert-leaning indica thing going on, but there is enough spice and structure underneath to keep it from becoming another anonymous jar of sugary goo.

Let’s take a look at the numbers.

Beta-caryophyllene leads at 1.08%, giving Gelatosphere its main backbone. That brings warm pepper, light wood, and dry spice underneath the sweeter fruit and cream side of the profile. Linalool follows at 0.65%, which is fairly prominent here. That adds soft floral sweetness and helps smooth out the sharper pepper and citrus notes.

Limonene comes in at 0.55%, adding citrus peel and some brightness, while myrcene at 0.40% gives the profile a little more earthy fruit depth and rounded body. Alpha-humulene sits at 0.33%, bringing dry herbal and earthy structure.

Fenchol at 0.18%, beta-pinene at 0.16%, alpha-terpineol at 0.13%, and alpha-pinene at 0.07% add smaller woody, herbal, piney, and lightly creamy accents around the edges. Terpinolene is barely present at 0.01%, so this is very much a caryophyllene-linalool-limonene style profile rather than something sharp and terpinolene-driven.

All in all, our lab rats report sweet cream, citrus peel, soft fruit, warm pepper, light earth, and a floral-herbal finish. It is dessert-forward, but not flimsy.

The Tastes: The inhale starts smooth and sweet, with creamy fruit and citrus showing up first. The limonene gives it a little brightness, but linalool is doing a lot of the smoothing here, giving the flavor a softer floral-dessert character.

Mid-palate, beta-caryophyllene brings warm pepper and light woody spice, while humulene adds some dry earth and herb underneath.
Myrcene fills out the middle with a little more fruit and earthy body, keeping the profile from feeling thin.

The exhale lands sweet, creamy, peppery, and lightly citrusy, with soft florals and a little herbal earth hanging around afterward. One lab rat described it as “lemon cream with pepper and flowers,” which sounds suspiciously like something sold in a candle aisle, but the tasting note works.

The Feels: Gelatosphere is labeled indica, and the PhytoFact wheel leans heavily toward comfort and relaxation, with some calm and inspiration and only modest energy or focus. The terpene profile lines up pretty well with that direction.

Caryophyllene, linalool, myrcene, and humulene all push the profile toward a softer, more grounded experience, while limonene keeps things from becoming completely flat or sleepy.

This feels like a comfortable evening-style indica rather than a total shutdown strain. Relaxed, mellow, and a little mentally softened without necessarily turning you into furniture.

With 89.16% total active cannabinoids and 4.06% terpenes, Gelatosphere is clearly more potency-forward than terpene-heavy. THCA leads at 81.7%, followed by THC at 5.5%, CBCA at 1.1%, THCVA at 0.3%, CBDA at 0.3%, CBGA at 0.3%, and CBG at 0.1%.

That’s a strong cannabinoid total paired with a moderate terpene load. The terpene numbers are not enormous, but the profile is balanced enough that it still has some real personality rather than just showing up with THC and expecting applause.

As always, your mileage may vary depending on dose, tolerance, and whether creamy indicas make you relaxed, hungry, sleepy, or suddenly willing to watch three episodes of something you don’t even like.

Overall, Gelatosphere by The Dope Depot is a sweet, creamy indica with citrus, warm pepper, soft florals, light earth, and a mild herbal finish.

Visually, it has a bright golden-yellow color with a wet, glossy, lightly sugared consistency. There is visible crystalline texture throughout, but plenty of terpene sheen keeps it looking moist and fresh rather than dry or chalky.

The biggest strength here is balance. The caryophyllene gives it structure, the linalool softens everything out, limonene adds brightness, and myrcene and humulene fill in the heavier edges.
Gelatosphere is smooth, sweet, comfortable, and dessert-leaning without becoming cartoonishly sugary.

Rating: Our lab rats give Gelatosphere 8.3 pieces of cheese.
