Blue Thaimosa Dab PhytoFact Sheet
The Smells: Our lab rats describe the overall aroma as earthy spice, citrus peel, herbal resin, and a faint sweet berry note lingering underneath. Not enough to call it fruity, but enough to remind you that Blueberry Muffin and Blumosa are somewhere in this family reunion.
Let’s take a look at the numbers.
The first thing jumping off the PhytoFact sheet is the absolutely massive 3.69% beta-caryophyllene paired with 1.41% alpha-humulene. That’s a pretty healthy spice-and-earth foundation. Warm pepper, dry wood, earthy resin, and a slightly herbal funk make up the backbone of almost everything happening here.
But wait, there’s more!
Limonene at 0.62% provides a noticeable citrus lift that keeps the heavier terpenes from completely taking over the room. It’s not loud enough to dominate, but it’s doing important work. Think fresh citrus peel tucked behind a pile of cracked pepper and forest floor.
The relatively modest myrcene content of 0.23% is worth noting too. A lot of terp-heavy extracts get their density from huge myrcene numbers. Not this one. That lower myrcene keeps the profile surprisingly dry and crisp despite all the caryophyllene and humulene.
The pinenes are present but restrained, adding a faint green freshness in the background without turning the profile into a pine forest. Meanwhile, linalool at 0.33% softens the sharper edges with a subtle floral sweetness.
The Tastes: The inhale opens brighter than the aroma suggests. The limonene arrives immediately with a pleasant citrus note, followed by a subtle sweetness that likely traces back to the Bluemosa side of the blend. It’s clean, crisp, and surprisingly approachable considering the terpene numbers lurking underneath.
Mid-palate is where the caryophyllene and humulene take command. Warm pepper, earthy wood, and resinous herbal notes begin stacking up and providing structure.
The lower myrcene content keeps everything feeling focused. Nothing becomes syrupy or heavy. Instead, the flavor remains relatively sharp and defined from start to finish.
The exhale leans toward earthy spice with lingering citrus peel and faint floral sweetness hanging around afterward. One lab rat described it as “peppery citrus tea brewed in a pine forest.”
The Feels: Despite carrying some seriously heavy caryophyllene numbers, Blue Thaimosa still manages to lean comfortably into the sativa category.
The onset comes with a noticeable mental lift driven by the limonene and supported by the relatively low myrcene content. Thoughts feel a little brighter, conversations get a little easier, and staring at a project suddenly seems slightly more appealing than staring at the wall.
The caryophyllene and humulene eventually bring some body comfort into the mix, but they never fully drag the experience into couchlock territory. Instead, they provide a grounded feeling underneath the more active headspace.
This is the kind of sativa profile that feels functional and engaging, without becoming jitter juice. It’s alert without becoming exhausting about it.
As always, your mileage may vary depending on tolerance, metabolism, and whatever strange chemistry experiment your endocannabinoid system decided to conduct that day.
Overall, with 77% total active cannabinoids and 7.66% terpene content, Blue Thaimosa by The Dope Depot isn’t trying to win a potency contest. It’s leaning heavily on terpene composition and balance instead.
Visually, it’s gorgeous. Bright golden coloration, with a glossy, slightly wet consistency that looks exactly how a properly handled hydrocarbon extract should look. No dryness. No mysterious texture innovations invented solely to justify a marketing meeting.
The biggest surprise here is how well the blend stays focused despite its incredibly complicated lineage. With this many genetics involved, it could’ve easily become a muddy terpene soup. Instead, our lab rats managed to create an extract with a clear identity built around citrus, spice, earth, and subtle sweetness.
As with all high terpene extracts, keep the jar upright and be sure to give it a stir before you take a dab.
Rating: Our lab rats give Blue Thaimosa 8 pieces of cheese.
