The Tastes: On the inhale, expect sweet citrus, soft berry fruit, and a little creamy dessert sweetness. Mendo Oranges should help push the brighter citrus side, while Blueberry Shortstack X Alpha Gruntz brings some darker fruit and pastry-like softness underneath.

The middle gets warmer and more grounded, moving into pepper, light earth, floral sweetness, and a little herbal pine. The exhale finishes smooth, citrusy, lightly spicy, and slightly bitter, with a soft berry-brunch note hanging around after the sharper top end fades.

This one is sweeter and brighter than the word Tahoe might make you expect. Less pine forest and gasoline, more fruit, citrus, cream, and enough spice to remind you this still came from cannabis and not the breakfast aisle.

Let’s see what the numbers say.

Beta-caryophyllene leads at 0.83%, giving Tahoe Brunch its main structure. That brings pepper, dry wood, and a little resinous spice through the middle and finish. It isn’t an especially huge caryophyllene number compared with some of these carts, but it is still the dominant terpene here.

Limonene follows at 0.55%, bringing the main citrus lift. That should show up as sweet orange peel and brighter fruit, which makes sense with Mendo Oranges sitting in the blend.

Linalool comes in at 0.36%, adding floral softness and helping smooth out the citrus and pepper. Myrcene at 0.33% adds a little body and soft fruit depth, while alpha-humulene at 0.29% brings dry earth and a slightly bitter edge.

Alpha-pinene at 0.22% and fenchol at 0.20% add fresh green and herbal detail. Terpinolene at 0.16% brings a little extra brightness, while alpha-terpineol at 0.12% adds another soft floral-herbal layer. Beta-pinene at 0.06% and beta-ocimene at 0.06% sit farther in the background.

The Feels: Tahoe Brunch lands as a balanced hybrid with a bright, easygoing start and a softer finish. The limonene, pinene, terpinolene, and small ocimene presence give the onset some brightness and mental lift. It should feel open and functional without pushing too hard in either direction.

Then the caryophyllene, linalool, myrcene, and humulene pull things back toward comfort and calm. The entourage chart reflects that pretty well, showing strong comfort and relaxation, with decent calm, energy, and inspiration behind it. Basically, it looks like a hybrid that actually behaves like a hybrid. Stunning concept.

The cannabinoid profile comes in with 77.0% THC, 2.0% CBG, 1.1% CBC, 0.5% THCV, 0.5% D8-THC, 0.3% CBN, and 0.1% CBD. The 2.0% CBG is the standout among the minor cannabinoids here, giving the profile a little more supporting structure than the usual THC-and-friends situation.

Overall, with 81.51% total active cannabinoids and 3.56% terpene content, Tahoe Brunch by The Dope Depot is a balanced hybrid Gem Cart with sweet citrus, berry-fruit softness, floral smoothness, light pepper, and a clean earthy finish.

The terpene profile is built around caryophyllene, limonene, linalool, myrcene, humulene, pinene, and fenchol. That gives it spice, citrus lift, floral softness, fruit body, dry earth, and a little fresh herbal detail.

From a formulation standpoint, this works because the citrus and fruit side stays bright without getting too candy-like, while the caryophyllene, humulene, and myrcene keep it grounded. It isn’t a loud terp bomb at 3.56%, but the profile is fairly well distributed, which gives it more shape than the raw terp total might suggest.

Rating: Our lab rats give Tahoe Brunch 8.5 pieces of cheese.
