Vacation Daze is a custom blend of Paradise Frost and Whisper. This is what our lab rats call a blendception. You see, not only is Vacation Daze a blend, but it’s a blend made up of two other blends. A blend of blends if you will.

The Smells: Right up front, our lab rats report a soft citrus lift from the 0.98% limonene, but it’s not sharp or loud. It’s more like a mellow citrus peel sitting on top of something warmer.
Underneath that, the profile leans into spice and earth. With beta-caryophyllene at 2.73% and humulene at 0.98%, there’s a clear peppery backbone, but it’s not as aggressive as some of the other blends our lab rats have been running. It’s rounded.
There’s also a subtle sweetness and slight floral softness from the 0.44% linalool, which keeps the whole thing from smelling like a spice rack. The Whisper side of the blend shows up here, smoothing everything out.
The Tastes: The inhale brings a light citrus sweetness, slightly fruity but not tropical. More clean citrus than fruit punch. On the exhale, the spice rolls in, but it’s controlled.
You get that familiar comfy caryophyllene pepper note, backed by a mild earthiness and a soft herbal finish. The 1.27% myrcene adds a some nice body, giving it a slightly heavier, rounded mouthfeel without dragging it down into full sedation.
The Feels: Vacation Daze sits right where a hybrid should, instead of pretending to be one for marketing reasons. The limonene gives a small mental lift, while the myrcene and caryophyllene keep the body grounded. The result is a calm, slightly uplifting experience that doesn’t tip too far in either direction.
This is functional. You could smoke this and still exist in society. It leans slightly relaxing, but not couch-lock. More like “I’m good right here” than “I am now furniture.”
Overall, with 82% total active cannabinoids and 8.29% terpene content, Vacation Daze by The Dope Depot isn’t trying to win a numbers contest, which is probably why it works.
Blending Paradise Frost which has 10.63% terps with Whisper at 9.57% terps could have easily turned into a muddy mess. Instead, it lands as a well-balanced, cohesive profile that actually tastes intentional. Sometimes, our lab rats are just that good.
The glossy golden extract looks clean, the terpene retention is solid, and the profile is approachable without being boring. A blend of blends that somehow avoided becoming a personality disorder.
As with all high terpene extracts, make sure to keep the jar upright and give it a stir before taking a dab.
