Mango Shine Dab PhytoFact Sheet
The Smells: Mango Shine lands as tropical fruit layered over warm spice and soft earthy resin. She’s bright, clean, and surprisingly balanced considering how many strains got thrown into the blender here.
Our lab rats truly enjoy taking four perfectly good things and combining them into one super blend. This one opens with a surprisingly bright tropical profile considering how grounded the terpene structure actually is underneath.
Let’s see what the numbers have to say.
Beta-caryophyllene leads the charge at 1.72%, bringing that familiar comfy peppery warmth and slightly woody backbone that keeps the fruit notes from floating off into artificial candy land. Alpha-humulene at 0.55% reinforces that earthy structure with a little dry herbal depth underneath.
But the top side is where Mango Shine earns its name. Terpinolene at 0.56% and limonene at 0.52% combine into a very lively tropical citrus layer. Our lab rats report ripe mango, citrus peel, and sweet tropical fruit up front, with a slightly sparkling sharpness from the terpinolene that gives the aroma some real energy.
Myrcene sits lower here at 0.47%, so instead of becoming thick or syrupy like some fruit-heavy extracts, this one stays lighter and cleaner on the nose. There’s also a little beta-pinene at 0.18% and alpha-pinene at 0.13% adding a faint green freshness in the background.
The Tastes: The inhale is immediately fruit-forward. Mango, citrus, and slightly sweet tropical notes show up first, carried by that limonene and terpinolene combo.
Mid-palate, the caryophyllene starts stepping in and adds some needed structure. Slight pepper, slight wood, and a little earthy warmth start balancing out the brighter fruit character before things get too sugary.
The exhale hangs onto soft tropical sweetness with a little lingering citrus peel bitterness and faint herbal spice. There’s also a subtle resinous finish from the humulene and pinene that keeps the profile feeling grounded all the way through.
One thing our lab rats kept mentioning was how clean this one tastes. Nothing muddy, nothing fighting for dominance. Just a surprisingly cohesive tropical hybrid profile from what could’ve easily become a confused jar of fruit soup.
The Feels: Mango Shine leans balanced hybrid with a slight upbeat edge early on. The limonene and terpinolene give it a noticeable mental brightness during the onset. It isn’t jittery or overly stimulating, just a little more mentally awake and socially functional than heavier terpene profiles tend to be.
As things settle in, the caryophyllene, humulene, and myrcene gradually start pulling things back toward relaxation and body comfort. It never gets especially sedating, though. More calm and comfortable than heavy.
Mango Shine feels potency-forward without sacrificing flavor. Functional enough for daytime use if you’re not trying to communicate with spreadsheets or operate heavy machinery designed by cost-cutting committees. As always, tolerance and dosage matter.
Overall, with 89% total active cannabinoids and 5.01% terpene content, Mango Shine by The Dope Depot lands as a clean, tropical hybrid that balances potency with a surprisingly refined terpene structure.
Visually, it carries a rich golden appearance with a glossy, slightly wet consistency that looks properly homogenized from edge to edge. No dryness, and no weird grainy texture pretending to be “artisan.”
Rating: Our lab rats give Mango Shine 9 pieces of cheese.
