The Smells: Blueberry Consort comes in soft, sweet, citrusy, floral, and a little spicy, with enough earthy depth underneath to keep it from floating away into fruit-snack nonsense.

Our lab rats report soft berry, citrus peel, floral sweetness, warm spice, and a light earthy finish. It’s fruity, but not cartoonishly fruity.

Let’s see what the numbers say.

Beta-caryophyllene leads the profile at 1.45%, giving this blend its warm pepper, light wood, and grounded backbone. That’s not surprising. Caryophyllene once again shows up to do the responsible adult work while everyone else debates whether this is blueberry, lemon, or some legally distinct berry-adjacent situation.

Limonene at 0.93% brings a noticeable citrus lift. It’s like a sweet citrus peel sitting over the top of the profile. Right behind that, linalool at 0.97% adds a soft floral sweetness that really helps define the nose. That’s a serious linalool number, and it gives Blueberry Consort a smoother, rounder character than you might expect from the name alone.

Myrcene at 0.58% adds mild fruit body and a little musky softness, while alpha-humulene at 0.50% reinforces the earthy side. There’s also some fenchol at 0.27% and alpha-terpineol at 0.24%, which add a lightly herbal, woody, almost clean finish around the edges.

The Tastes: The inhale starts smooth and slightly sweet, with soft fruit and citrus showing up first. The limonene gives it a little brightness, but the linalool is doing a lot of the rounding work here. It keeps the flavor from feeling too sharp and adds that gentle floral sweetness through the front half of the dab.

Mid-palate, the caryophyllene starts to show up with warm pepper and light woody spice. Nothing too aggressive. Just enough structure to keep the sweeter side from turning flat.

The exhale leans earthier, with humulene and myrcene adding a mild grounded finish. There’s still some citrus hanging around, plus a soft floral note that lingers after the spice fades.

The blueberry note is present if you close your eyes and imagine blueberries, but if we’re being honest, and we always are, it’s pretty much non existent. We’ve somehow managed to create the La Croix of dabs here in regards to the blueberry part of the name.

One lab rat described it as “maybe having a single berry hiding somewhere in there behind the citrus, covered in flowers, and wrapped in pepper.”

The Feels: Blueberry Consort lands as a calm, comfortable indica. The onset has a small amount of brightness from the limonene, giving it a mild head lift early on. That’s quickly softened by the linalool, myrcene, caryophyllene, and humulene combination.

The effect profile feels relaxed, smooth, and body-forward without being completely immobilizing. The PhytoFact chart leans strongly into relaxation and comfort, with calm and inspiration also showing up. That tracks with the chemistry. There’s enough citrus to keep the lights on upstairs, but the floral, earthy, and spicy terpenes are clearly steering this toward the softer end of the evening.

This is probably better suited for winding down than pretending you’re about to reorganize all the things you’ve collected so far in life. We love lying to ourselves with ambitious chores after dabs. It’s adorable in our own tragic little way.

As always, your mileage may vary depending on tolerance, dose, metabolism, and whether your day has already chewed through your nervous system.

Overall, with 88% total active cannabinoids and 6.27% terpene content, Blueberry Consort by The Dope Depot delivers a solid indica profile with more nuance than the name suggests.

Visually, it has a clean golden color with a glossy, slightly wet consistency. It looks smooth, well-homogenized, and properly handled.

The biggest strength here is balance. The limonene and linalool give it a soft citrus-floral top end, while caryophyllene, humulene, and myrcene keep the profile grounded. It doesn’t overplay the berry angle, probably because there wasn’t much blueberry in there to begin with.

What Blueberry Consort does have is a sweet, floral, mildly fruity, lightly spicy, and comfortably relaxing vibe. Not the loudest jar in the room, but a well-built indica with enough personality to justify the royal-court name.

As with all high terpene extracts, keep the jar upright and be sure to give it a stir before you take a dab.

Rating: Our lab rats give Blueberry Consort 7.5 pieces of cheese.
